pak500 Privacy Policy
Your privacy is a fundamental commitment at pak500, not a compliance checkbox. This Policy explains in plain English exactly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, who it is shared with, and what rights you hold over your own information.
How pak500 Protects Your Data
Encrypted in Transit
All data exchanged between your device and pak500's servers is protected by TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS). Credentials, payment references and personal details are never transmitted in plain text.
No Data Sales
pak500 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Data is shared only where legally required or operationally necessary — and always under confidentiality obligations.
Your Rights, Respected
You have the right to access, correct, export and request deletion of your personal data. pak500 provides a clear process for exercising these rights — no unnecessary barriers, no unreasonable delays.
Minimal Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with legal obligations. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes beyond those stated in this Policy.
Defined Retention Periods
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Transparent Communication
If this Policy changes materially, pak500 will notify registered users via the platform interface or registered email. You are always informed of what has changed and why before the change takes effect.
Summary: This Privacy Policy describes how pak500 ("we", "us", "the Platform") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data submitted by users ("you") of the pak500.cam platform. By registering an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Introduction
pak500 is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform accessible at pak500.cam. We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out, in a formal and transparent manner, the practices governing how pak500 collects, processes, stores, transfers and protects personal information relating to users of the Platform.
This Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with the Platform — including data submitted during account registration, data generated through Platform use, data collected through cookies and tracking technologies, and data obtained from third-party sources in connection with identity verification and fraud prevention.
pak500 operates under the data protection framework of its operator's licensing jurisdiction. For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, we note that no comprehensive national data protection statute currently mirrors international standards such as the GDPR in full; however, pak500 voluntarily adopts equivalent principles of transparency, data minimisation and user rights as a baseline commitment to all users, regardless of location.

- Direct submission: Data you provide during account registration, KYC verification, deposit/withdrawal requests, support interactions and preference settings.
- Automated collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access the Platform, via server logs, cookies and similar tracking technologies.

- Publicly available sources: In limited circumstances, pak500 may verify information against publicly accessible data sources for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.
Data Processing & Legal Basis
pak500 processes personal data only where a valid legal basis exists. The applicable legal bases for processing activities are as follows:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to register your account, verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver the core Platform services you have requested.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC/AML obligations, licence conditions, court orders and regulatory requests.
- Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for pak500's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gambling monitoring, service improvement and internal analytics — provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: Processing of personal data for optional purposes — including direct marketing communications and non-essential cookies — where we have obtained your prior, freely given consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How We Use Your Data
pak500 uses your personal data strictly for the following purposes:
- To create, manage and authenticate your account.
- To verify your identity and age in compliance with KYC requirements — including processing documents such as CNIC, passport and proof of address.
- To process deposits and withdrawals through available payment methods. Note: payment provider names referenced on pak500 (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are informational references only and do not imply data-sharing partnerships with those providers.
- To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, account abuse, bonus manipulation and any other prohibited activity.
- To monitor platform usage for responsible gambling purposes, including flagging behavioural patterns that may indicate problem gambling.
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes or complaints.
- To send transactional communications (account confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) necessary for service delivery.
- To send marketing communications, where you have given explicit consent, about promotions, new features and relevant sporting events. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- To improve platform performance, user experience and product development through anonymised analytics.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful regulatory or law-enforcement requests.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
pak500 does not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, solely to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
- KYC/AML service providers: Third-party identity verification platforms engaged to process identity documents and conduct fraud and sanctions checks. These providers act as Data Processors under binding agreements.
- Payment processors: Operators of payment gateways used to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Data shared is limited to what is required to execute the transaction. No implication of partnership with or endorsement by any named payment provider is made.
- Platform infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database management and content delivery providers engaged under data processing agreements that impose confidentiality and security obligations.
- Analytics providers: Anonymised or pseudonymised usage data may be processed by analytics tools operating under data processing agreements. No individually identifiable data is shared with analytics providers without necessity.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory demand or to protect the rights, safety or property of pak500 or its users, personal data may be disclosed to competent authorities.
- Responsible gambling organisations: In limited circumstances, where a user is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, relevant account status information may be shared with third-party responsible gambling registries where the operator participates in such schemes.
No Third-Party Marketing: pak500 does not share personal data with advertising networks, data brokers or third-party marketers for their own promotional purposes. Any marketing communication you receive from pak500 is sent directly by us, based on your own consent preferences.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
pak500 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain session state, detect fraud and collect anonymised analytics. The following cookie categories are used:
- Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Platform to function. They manage login sessions, security tokens and basic preferences. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Analytics cookies collect anonymised data on how users interact with the Platform — pages visited, time spent, errors encountered — to help us improve the user experience. These require your consent and may be declined.
- Functional cookies remember your display preferences, language settings and responsible gambling limit configurations between sessions. Declining them may reduce Platform convenience.
- Security cookies assist with fraud detection, bot prevention and account protection. They are treated as strictly necessary given their role in protecting user accounts.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may impair your ability to log in and use the Platform. Where consent-based cookies are used, your choice is recorded and respected.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention principles apply:
- Active accounts: Personal data associated with active accounts is retained for the duration of the account relationship and updated as required to remain accurate.
- Closed accounts: Following account closure, certain categories of data — including identity verification records, transaction history and KYC documentation — are retained for a minimum period required by applicable AML and financial regulations. This is typically five to seven years from the date of last transaction or account closure, whichever is later.
- Support records: Customer support communications are retained for a period sufficient to resolve disputes and meet compliance requirements.
- Analytics data: Anonymised or aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it no longer constitutes personal data following anonymisation.
- Marketing consent records: Records of marketing consent and withdrawal thereof are retained as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance.
Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Deletion requests made by users are actioned within applicable legal constraints — see Section 12 (User Rights) for details.
Data Security
pak500 implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk associated with the processing activities carried out. Measures in place include:
- TLS/SSL (HTTPS) encryption for all data transmitted between user devices and Platform servers.
- Encryption of stored sensitive data, including identity documents and payment references, at rest.
- Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorised personnel access personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring of Platform infrastructure.
- Multi-factor authentication options for user accounts to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
- Incident response procedures for detecting, managing and notifying affected parties of data security incidents where legally required.
Notwithstanding these measures, no Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords, enable available two-factor authentication, and report any suspected unauthorised account access to pak500 support immediately.
International Transfers
As an internationally operated platform, pak500 may transfer personal data to service providers and infrastructure partners located in countries outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, pak500 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect personal data to a standard consistent with this Policy.
Safeguards used for international transfers may include: standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, adequacy decisions where applicable, or equivalent mechanisms recognised under the data protection framework of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in countries other than Pakistan and that the data protection laws of those countries may differ from those applicable in Pakistan.
User Rights
Subject to applicable law and the limitations described below, you hold the following rights in respect of your personal data processed by pak500:
Right of Access
You may request a copy of the personal data pak500 holds about you, together with information on how it is being used and shared.
Right to Rectification
You may request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Some fields can be updated directly in your account settings.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected. Note: legal retention obligations (e.g., AML records) may prevent full deletion for a defined period following account closure.
Right to Restriction
You may request that processing of your data be restricted in certain circumstances — for example, where you contest the accuracy of data or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on your consent or contractual necessity and carried out by automated means, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider.
Right to Object
You may object to processing of your data where it is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact pak500 at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). We will respond to verified requests within 30 calendar days. In some circumstances, we may need to request proof of identity before actioning a request.
Minors & Age Verification
pak500 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process, and access to account funding and wagering features is contingent on successful age confirmation.
If pak500 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under the applicable minimum age, that data will be deleted promptly and the account closed. If you believe that a minor's data has been submitted to pak500, please notify us immediately at [email protected] (plain text only).
Changes to This Policy
pak500 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features or data processing practices. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via the Platform interface or the registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
