These Terms govern your access to and use of the pak500 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account, placing a wager or using any feature of the service. By using pak500, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Key Terms You Should Know Upfront
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator / license jurisdiction — to register and use pak500. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
One Account Per User
Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts, proxy registrations and shared accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
PKR Currency Display
Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual settlement currency depends on the operator's configuration. Verify currency terms at account level.
KYC & Verification
Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed. You must provide accurate, genuine identity documents. Falsified KYC documents result in immediate account closure.
Bonus Terms Apply

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pak500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full. Introduction
pak500 is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform operated at the domain pak500.cam. The Platform is designed and operated for informational and entertainment purposes, targeting adult users who access online betting and gaming services. pak500 provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, game lobbies and related responsible gambling guidance.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, placing wagers, redeeming bonuses, accessing customer support and any other interaction with pak500 services. Supplementary terms — including bonus-specific terms, game rules and our Privacy Policy — are incorporated by reference into these Terms and should be read alongside them.
pak500 does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for verifying whether participation in online betting is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation.
Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context indicates otherwise:
Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on pak500, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater.
- You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. pak500 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
- You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person, and are not using a proxy, VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- You have not been previously suspended or excluded from the Platform, whether through self-exclusion or operator-initiated exclusion.
- You are of sound mind and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment when placing wagers.
- You are not classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) in a capacity that would create AML risk under applicable compliance frameworks.
Underage Gambling: pak500 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. If you are under 18 (or the higher applicable minimum age), you must not register, access or use the Platform. Presenting false information about your age during registration is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Account Registration
To access betting and gaming features, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes.
One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. pak500 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any bonus funds associated with them.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you notify pak500 support immediately of suspected unauthorised access.
KYC Verification: pak500 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Terms of Use
By accessing and using pak500, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak500 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. pak500 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
You acknowledge that betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any wager placed. By using the Platform, you accept that risk voluntarily. pak500 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits: Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. pak500 references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as informational context only. These references do not imply endorsement of, partnership with, or operational support for gambling transactions by any of those providers. The availability of any specific method is subject to the operator's current configuration, the user's own wallet or bank policy, and applicable compliance requirements.
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the account holder may be declined and returned. Deposits are typically credited to accounts promptly, but processing times vary by method and provider. pak500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and AML review. pak500 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method, operator and the user's own bank or wallet. Specific timeframes are not guaranteed. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT where available) are subject to network confirmation times and may vary with network congestion.
Currency: All displayed figures are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Where the underlying transaction is settled in another currency, exchange rate conversion applies. pak500 is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
Withdrawal Caution: pak500 does not promise guaranteed withdrawal speeds for any payment method. Statements such as "instant guaranteed" are not used and should not be expected. Verify current processing terms with the operator at the time of your withdrawal request.
Bonuses & Promotions
pak500 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which include but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (expressed as a multiplier of the deposit and/or bonus amount), eligible games or markets, time limits for completion, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Bonuses are credited to accounts once qualifying conditions are met. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Abuse Prevention: pak500 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and any coordinated wagering strategy designed to circumvent promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, pak500 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend or close the account.
Welcome bonuses may include a minimum deposit threshold (for example, from PKR 1,000) and a wagering requirement multiplier. Specific bonus terms must be reviewed individually at the time of each promotion. pak500 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets are accepted subject to pak500's sportsbook and gaming rules. Specific rules governing individual sports — including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments, ICC events, domestic football, UFC and all other covered markets — are published within the relevant betting interface and may be updated periodically.
Bet Acceptance: pak500 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Bets accepted in error (including at incorrectly published odds) may be voided. In-play bets are accepted based on odds available at the time of bet placement, subject to market suspension rules.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the permitted period, incorrect market specification, system errors or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the user's account balance.
Casino Games: Random number generator (RNG) outcomes govern casino and slot game results. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, are category-level averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The House Edge applies to all games. Gambling outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak500 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, withholding of funds and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or the higher applicable minimum age.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or disrupt the Platform's systems or data.
- Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner without explicit written authorisation.
- Colluding with other players to exploit promotions, odds or game mechanics.
- Attempting to use payment methods registered to third parties.
- Circumventing geographic or access restrictions through VPN, proxy or other technical means.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading or corrupt influencing of sporting events on which bets are placed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pak500 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, interface design and software — is the property of pak500 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-party trademarks, brand names (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, and sports organisation names such as PSL and ICC) referenced on this Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for informational context only. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership with pak500 is implied or claimed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform; any incorrect odds, pricing errors or technical malfunctions; or any financial losses sustained through wagering activity.
pak500 makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, will be available without interruption or will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities. Users accept the inherent risks of Internet-based services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Responsible Gambling
pak500 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that allow users to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods, and to request self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the account settings and are strongly encouraged for all users.

Amendments to Terms
pak500 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, users will be notified through the Platform interface or via the registered email address. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were most recently updated.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. pak500 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak500's operator holds its operating licence. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, any provincial gambling legislation, and any other relevant statute or regulation.
pak500 does not represent that its services are legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
